As a CPA practice, we are also bound by the strict confidentiality requirements of CPA Australia's professional standards, including APES 110 Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants.

3. Tax File Number (TFN) Privacy

We take the handling of Tax File Numbers extremely seriously. TFNs are collected and used strictly in accordance with the Tax File Number Guidelines issued by the Australian Information Commissioner. We will only request your TFN when it is necessary for the provision of tax-related services, and we will never disclose your TFN to any third party except as required by law (e.g., to the ATO).

  • From third parties — with your consent, from the ATO, financial institutions, employers, or other professionals acting on your behalf

We retain client records for the period required by law and professional standards (generally a minimum of 5 years after the end of the engagement, or 7 years for taxation records). When records are no longer required, they are securely destroyed.

  • Request correction of any inaccurate or outdated information
  • Make a complaint if you believe your privacy has been breached

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that collect personal information. The contact form collects only the information you voluntarily provide. We do not track your browsing behaviour on this site.
